There is no minimum age for renting a bike at Rent A Bike Amsterdam.

The minimum length for renting a bicycle is approximately 1.40 meters.

If you want to be sure that a rental bike is available, we advise you to book as early as possible. If you want to know on the day itself, you can always contact us by calling us.

If you come to rent, you must bring 1 valid passport / ID / driver’s license for every five bicycles, and pay a deposit of €50. Another option is to pay the stated deposit. You do not need to submit your ID or passport.

Unfortunately, you cannot return the rental bike after closing time. The closing time is every day at 17:30.

Rent a Bike Amsterdam is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:30.

You can change a reservation. You do this by sending us an email with the information of your reservation, and the desired change.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours after making the reservation on the website. You do this by sending an email. Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation.

In the event of theft, you must report it to the police. You then submit a copy of the declaration to Rent a Bike Amsterdam.

Damage to the rental bicycles must be reported when returning the bicycle.
